Refund Policy

Before we file: full refund

If you cancel before we have submitted your filing, we refund the full amount you paid for that service. To cancel, call or email us with your USDOT number as soon as possible.

After we file: no refund

Once a filing has been submitted (for example, your BOC-3 has been sent to FMCSA through the blanket process agent), that service has been performed and is not refundable.

Because we file the same business day for orders received during business hours, the window to cancel is usually short.

Orders with add-ons

This policy applies to each service in your order separately. For example, if your BOC-3 has been filed but your UCR registration has not, the UCR amount can still be refunded in full.

Government fees included in a price (such as the UCR fee) can't be refunded once they have been paid to the government.

Items marked "we'll contact you with a quote" are not charged online, so there is nothing to refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
