Who we are

DGR Tech Rig LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as BOC-3 Agents operates boc3agents.org. This policy explains how we handle personal information.

What we collect

Order information: your USDOT number and the public company registration details returned for it (legal name, DBA, address, docket numbers, operation type, power units), plus any corrections you make.

Contact information: your name, email, and mobile phone, and whether you agreed to text updates.

Authorization record: the authorization text you agreed to, the time, and your IP address.

Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card number.

Marketing attribution: ad click IDs and campaign parameters (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_*) stored in a first-party cookie for 90 days, so we know which ads lead to orders.

Analytics: through Google Tag Manager we use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking (including hashed email/phone for enhanced conversions), and Microsoft Clarity to understand site use.

How we use it

To file your order, send confirmations and order updates, forward legal documents served on the process agent, answer questions, and measure and improve our advertising and website.

If you start an order but don't finish, we may send one reminder email. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link.

We send text messages only if you opted in. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run our business: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), Google and Microsoft (analytics and advertising), and the FMCSA-registered process agent and government agencies needed to complete your filings.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed to provide the service, forward legal documents, and meet legal and tax obligations. Unfinished-order data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep. You can block cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Card data never touches our servers.
