Who we are

This website and its services are provided by DGR Tech Rig LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as BOC-3 Agents ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Not a government agency

BOC-3 Agents is a private filing service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation. You may file a BOC-3 yourself through a process agent of your choice.

What we do

We arrange the filing of Form BOC-3 with FMCSA on your behalf through an FMCSA-registered blanket process agent, and file any add-on services you select. We are a private filing service. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.

Same-business-day filing applies to orders received Monday–Friday during business hours (Eastern time). Orders received after hours, on weekends, or on holidays are filed the next business day. Processing times at FMCSA and other agencies are outside our control.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the company information you provide or confirm is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the company. We file using the information you give us; errors in that information may delay or invalidate a filing.

Filing a BOC-3 does not by itself activate operating authority. Other requirements, such as insurance filings, are your responsibility unless you purchased a service that covers them.

Legal documents served on the process agent

If legal documents are served on the process agent for your company, they are forwarded to the contact details on your order. Keep your email and phone current with us so documents reach you promptly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Service fees are listed separately from any government, lab, or state fees. We never store your card details.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy: a full refund for any service before it is filed; no refund once it has been filed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost loads or revenue caused by agency processing times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
